Returns
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging you received it.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Clearly label the package with the RA number provided.
3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 2 days.
Please note the following:
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– We reserve the right to withhold a partial refund if the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition.
– Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement of the same item. Please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product to arrange for an exchange.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 10 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer support team immediately to request a cancellation.
